By placing an order through this website, you will agree to the terms and conditions below. These are meant to ensure that both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations for our service.
Where do we ship?
We ship all over India. At the moment, we do not offer international shipping. We are working on expanding our shipping beyond India as we continue to grow.
Do we provide COD?
Yes!
What are the shipping charges?
Prepaid Orders
- Free shipping for all pre-paid orders
COD Orders
- For all COD orders, we have a shipping charge of Rs. 100
- We offer COD for orders up to Rs. 10,000
What is the delivery time?
Domestic Shipping
We’ll get your order to you as soon as possible.
Once the order is placed on the website, your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days (sometimes the very same day).
Once the order is shipped, we try our best to deliver it within 1-4 business days in tier-I cities and 3-10 days all across India.
Please note during festivals, adverse weather conditions, and public holidays, your shipment could be further delayed.
We assure you we will try our best to have your parcel delivered to you at the earliest.
For silk products - your order will be shipped within 5-6 business days and may arrive within 3-7 working days post, depending on shipping destinations within India.
The company will inform you of the estimated delivery dates but is not liable for any delivery delays or failure to ship by the estimated due date, including without limitation as a result of events beyond the Company's or its shippers' reasonable control, including without limitation shortage of materials, transportation failure, or acts of God. The company will inform you of estimated delivery dates in case there is a delay in your delivery. An alternative shipping method may be used when appropriate to reach your target destination and delivery date.
If you do not receive your order within 10 days, please contact us at (+91)91751 00197 or email us at care@bougainvillealife.in so that we can resolve the issue. Please note that complaints after 10 days won't be entertained.
Can I change my shipping address?
You will not be able to change the shipping address after your order has been processed and/or dispatched. The company will not redirect your order once it has been dispatched. Please make sure your shipping address is correct when you place your order. The Company does not allow for the delivery of products to a P.O. box address.
Can I cancel my order?
Order once placed cannot be cancelled.
