What is the return policy?

We have 7 days of exchange & return policy.

From the date of delivery, you have the option to exchange the garment in the same style with a different size or a different style.

For the time being, we do not offer refunds on your purchases but we do provide you an option for exchange in the same style for a different size or a different style altogether or store credit for future purchases.

 

All Clearance Sale garments are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges, except in case of non delivery.

 

What is the eligibility for a return?

We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition.

However, there is a remote possibility that the item may be damaged during transit or there might be a manufacturing defect or that the wrong item is delivered to you.

In only such cases as given above, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement/return of the item is made within the stipulated time frame as given below. No refund will be allowed after the order is processed, except for the reasons given above. Please note refund would be issued in the form of store credit only applicable for both online and offline purchases, valid for up to 90 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer directly.

Please note you will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If required, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Why have I not received my refund yet?

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at care@bougainvillealife.in

 

Will discounted items be refunded?

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately discounted items cannot be refunded.
